We do not publish customer project photographs or property details as marketing material without appropriate permission.
Form Storage and Email
The enquiry system stores submissions in the website database before attempting email notification. Authorized personnel may access submissions to respond to enquiries. The website is hosted by 10Web, which processes information as necessary to provide hosting. Notification emails are sent from the website’s own domain and delivered to a Greenup MI mailbox operated by Google.
Uploaded Photos and Boundary Screenshots
Uploaded files may contain personal information, property details or location metadata. We use them for project assessment and related communication. Photographs are stored in the format you submit them. Where the format allows, location and device information recorded by your camera is removed automatically when the file is received. Files are kept in a private directory on the website server, outside the public media library, are given randomised filenames, and can be opened only by signed-in Greenup MI staff.
Cookies and Analytics
The website uses essential cookies and security mechanisms needed for the site and the enquiry form to work. No analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking technology is configured on this website. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, applicable legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate the website or respond to a project, and where required by law.
