Plan Before Winter Arrives
Commercial snow management requires more than selecting a plow. Property layout, equipment, staffing, weather response, access priorities and contingency arrangements all affect the service plan.
Document the Property
Identify plowing areas, entrances, obstacles, snow-storage locations, sensitive surfaces and any special access requirements.
Define the Service Arrangement
Per-visit and seasonal arrangements can have different terms. Service triggers, scope, responsibilities and any additional services should be defined in a written agreement.
Confirm What Will Be Committed
Before signing, confirm the equipment, staffing, backup arrangements and insurance for your site, and get service triggers and timing in writing. Greenup MI does not publish response times; they are agreed per property in the written agreement.
Submit Your Requirements
Send the property location, approximate area, service needs and preferred arrangement, and we will follow up on scope and terms.
